Learning outcomes
The objective of the course is to provide specialist knowledge related to the causes financial and economic corporate crisis and possible solutions, in light of the regulatory framework. At the end of the course the student is able to: - know the regulatory framework related to the business crisis; - identify the imbalances and the pathological states of business that determine the crisis; - apply the tools aimed at the government and the reorganization of states of business crisis
Course contents
Crisis turnaround management: The role of professionals and banks.
Corporate balances. Concept and type of crisis. The diagnosis of the crisis.
Legal instruments for solving the crisis
The granting of credit to companies in crisis. Corporate aspects and legal problems.
The continuity of the company in bankruptcy proceedings
The business plan.
