The goal of the course is to provide attendants with the basic tools for the analysis of origin, evolution and role of economic enterprises, along the course of history and in present times. Interplay between technological and organizationale factors is given particular attention.

Assessment methods

Attendancy is not compulsory. However, as it is impossible to provide a valuable coverage of the content of the course through a limited number of references, attendancy is strongly recommended. Slides and other material will be at best a surrogate for the failure to attend.
