28616 - Mathematical Analysis T-B

Academic Year 2018/2019

  • Moduli: Cataldo Grammatico (Modulo 1) Francesco Uguzzoni (Modulo 2)
  • Teaching Mode: Traditional lectures (Modulo 1) Traditional lectures (Modulo 2)
  • Campus: Bologna
  • Corso: First cycle degree programme (L) in Mechanical Engineering (cod. 0927)

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student acquires the fundamental notions of differential and integral calculus for functions of more variable, and related topics. The student is able to manage classical instruments of Mathematical Analysis useful for related disciplines, in particular engineering..

Course contents

Real and complex numbers. Basics on functions of several variables. Differential and integral calculus for real functions of two variables. Sequences and series. Basics on differential equations.
