Learning outcomes

The course aims to teach fundamental principles of public law's general theory, with specific attention to italian constitutional history and law, and to analyze new possible hypotesis of ordinamental/constitutional reforms, especially in terms of political decentralization.

Course contents

Juridical system and constitutional law; the State; International and European law systems; sources of law; fundamental rights; government types; community sovereignty instruments; the Parliament; the President of the Republic; the Governing body; local government; public administrations; the judicial system; italian juridical system and its development.
