Learning outcomes

Students learn the basic of Arabic language and culture; be able to understand simple written text and oral speech.

Course contents

  • Grammar: the definite and indefinite article, declension: nominative, accusative and genitive, interrogative, the perfect of Kana, broken plurale, pronominale suffixes, the imperfect of the simple verb, the relative pronouns, the future tense, the subjunctive modo, imperative, word order, agreement between tense and subject, negation with laisa, review of past, present and imperative tense, comparative and superlative of the adjective, the cardinal numbers, the Masdar.
