Teaching methods

In addition to classroom lessons, student preparation will be supported by feed formulation exercises on the blackboard and PC, visits in feed compound industries and tutorials in the teaching labs.

Assessment methods

The Assessment will be implemented through oral examination at the end of the course and aims to ensure the acquisition of the knowledge contained in the program of the course. The proof is based in principle on 3 questions, one for thestudent chice, the others, respectively on aspects of plant-technology and nutritional aspects or regulatory requirements. The final vote, out of thirty, takes into account in equal proportion to the credit assessment of the student for each of the parties.

Students wishing to take the exam in English must request it to the teacher at least two days before the exam.

Teaching tools

Power point slides, software for feed formulation, animal science lab.
