Learning outcomes

After completing this module, the student has the knowledge of the code of ethics and professional ethics of the radiographer, act on the transfer of competences and types of communication in the profession.

Course contents

Historical philosophical reflections on the concepts of ethics and deontology. Definitions of ethics and professional ethics, sources of inspiration of the code of ethics for health professional. The code dentologico the radiographer and ethical principles on which it is based. Ethics and dentologia "practice" in the workplace. Demand analysis in radiology: acquisition of interpersonal and communication skills in the profession through the helping relationship. Legislative developments and professional profile. Concepts of professional responsibility.

Teaching methods

Lectures and discussions on topics covered or brought by the students.

They will also analyzed various professional situations that may arise during the daily act professional.

Assessment methods

The assessment of learning takes place through a final exam that verifies the acquisition of the knowledge and skills expected in the context of risk management procedures and company organization aimed at the safety of the diagnostic process, through an oral or written test that provides at least 3 open questions on the main topics covered during the lessons.

The test will be evaluated based on the following parameters:

- knowledge, mastery and deepening of the contents

- critical and expository capacity

- technical-scientific terminological correctness.

Presentations in PDF format provided by the teacher on topics covered in class, supplemental papers on topics discussed in .pdf format. Projection of videos related situations and topics covered in class.
