Learning outcomes
At the end of the internship, the student acquires specific competences (handle complex information, apply critical and self-critical abilities, capacity of analysis and synthesis) related to the integration in a productive, business or institutional reality, by concretely experiencing its work organization modalities. In addition, the student acquires specific competences related to the company’s or institution’s sector, in which he/she is doing the internship and the ability to identify the most appropriate learning opportunities with respect to his/her abilities and inclinations.
Course contents
Internships consist of a work experience that can be carried out at organizations, companies, and other partners (including university facilities that offer job placement projects). Partners regularly publish their offers in a special database that can be consulted by students.

Teaching methods
Internship is a work experience where the methodologies to acquire and the strengthening of skills are individually agreed for each student among the student, the host institution and the university tutor and are formalized in the 'internship program' (see the details in the pages above).
Assessment methods
The assessment of the Internship experience (and the thershold for the pass/non pass finale grade) is fixed individually in the internship program. The host institution will certify on the student's diary booklet the activities carried out and complete an online survey questionnaire. Students are also required to complete a final questionnaire and briefly summarize the results of the experience to the responsible teacher according to what is contained in the instructions on the link above.
