Learning outcomes

The course is structured to provide the basic knowledge of the legal-commercial profile of the Company in the context of international trade. In succession, a general introduction to corporate and business law is given, to then move on to the classic issues of international trade law, to pay attention to the obligations arising from the commercial contract, with particular attention paid to the Vienna Convention on international sale. and the main international trade contracts (agency, distribution, license); there will be particular attention on the issues of joint ventures and business groupings. Some considerations are also envisaged both on the UNIDROIT principles of international commercial contracts and on the issue of the Community "internal market".
