Learning outcomes

The Course allows students to acquire concrete knowledge about the tools available to a recruiter' figure in the Labour Market and most of the tasks that this agent is called to perform.

Course contents

The current labor market requires professionalism with skills that are new and have the capacity to innovate and renew themselves.

In this context, the recruiter takes on a crucial role as a collector who understands the need for personnel within the company in terms of skills and skills and translates it into the search for job profiles.

For this reason the recruiter must be able to outline real strategies that allow him to win the "war of the talents" and to insert the ideal candidate in the workplace.

The seminar allows to acquire knowledge about the tools available to a recruiter and the skills that this figure is called upon to take, with two main objectives:

1. Acquire knowledge that allows to understand if that of the recruiter constitutes an interesting profession, the professional opportunities and the employability.

2. Know the context of the labor market and the main tools for the active searching for work.

The teaching materials will be provided during the lessons.

Teaching methods


The course will be characterized by an analysis of the reference context and the possible career opportunities of the recruiter.

Particular attention is paid to the study of the main recruiting tools (data repository, announcements, CV screening, Company Profile, Career Day, social recruiting, soft skill tests), personnel selection methodologies and techniques, with involvement direct recruiting operators for companies and employment agencies.

The activities will include lectures with laboratories focused on the management of job interviews and assessment for the selection of personnel.

The laboratories involves the collaboration of HR Recruiter Specialist of AlmaLaureaSrl.

Assessment methods

Attendance at lessons is compulsory.

 

The Learning assessment involves a final test of the acquired skills.


Teaching tools

The teaching activity and the lessons include practical workshops, projections and online presentations.
