Learning outcomes

The student acquires knowledge relating to digital health documentation in the judicial field, the NIS Directive on the protection of sensitive national and EU information infrastructures, computer crimes L. 547 / 93 and L. 48/2008, the Gelli law and Radiodiagnostics and Radiotherapy, the legislation on the transfer of digital data in the judicial field, the protection of personal data processed with the HIS, RIS-PACS systems and the technical assessments on IT documents generated by health systems.
