Learning outcomes

The aim of the course is to provide the essential skills the to enter the world of work. At the end of the course, the student knows the basic issues relating to business organization, industrial relations and safety in the workplace.  They will bw able to manage the quality issues of the production process.

Teaching methods

Lectures and interactive modules that in addition to the teacher include the presence of experts, seminar meetings. Attendance is compulsory.

Intermediate written tests with the aim of verifying the knowledge relating to the previous block of lessons.

Teaching tools

Slides, projector, classroom space for role playing.
