Learning outcomes

The course focuses on the most important procedures that take place in front of the Court of Justice of the European Union; and on the main regulations concerning civil procedure, starting from reg. Ce n. 1215/2012 and following.

Course contents

During the lessons we will examine the principal rules of procedure , having regard to EU jurisprudence as well.

Participation to lessons is not mandatory. Nevertheless, it is important for those who will come to be active in discussion during the lessons.
