Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student will be able to know the regulatory framework of labour law on the basis of its different sources.

Course contents

Lessons program covers the following topics:

 

I. Subjects, principles, sources of labour law

II. Origin and development of the legislation on health and safety at work.

1. Safety, organization, prevention: the system and the general principles of the Legislative Decree no. 81 of 2008.

2. Subjects, obligations and responsibilities in the italian health and safety framework.

 

III. Labour law during the Covid 19 pandemic

Teaching methods

Lectures will take place by the explanation of the topics covered by the program, with the help of slides and in-depth discussion of the most problematic topics.

Assessment methods

At the end of the course the exam will be an oral exam.

As teaching tools the teacher will use practical cases, judgments and presentations.
