Learning outcomes

After completing this module, the student possesses the knowledge and the ability to understand the main sources of the Italian and EU law, the general concepts of ethics, ethics and professional responsibility of health personnel.

Course contents

General section:
Principles and basic features national legal system. Sources of law. The organization of the State. Decentralization.
Special section:
The right to protection of collective and individual health. The NHS. The corporatization. Accreditation. The working relationship and professional responsibility.

Assessment methods

The exam, in oral form, consists in the discussion of issues related to the topics discussed in the lectures.
Topics covered in the course of the other modules, will be subject to simultaneous written test.
