This course will address selected topics of developmental psychology and educational psychology useful to enable future Professional Educators to understand the fundamental aspects of human psychological development. The cognitive and methodological aspects of contemporary developmental psychology will be explored in depth, in order to favour the acquisition of a common language that favours, in perspective, the possibility for educators to cooperate effectively within multidisciplinary teams that also include psychological figures.
In detail, the following themes will be explored in the lessons:
- Developmental life cycle psychology;
- the methodological basis of research in the study of child development;
- prenatal development;
- cognitive development;
- developmental contexts and educational psychology.

The course will take the form of frontal lectures with discussions and watching videos.

Assessment methods

The Integrated Course "INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS: THE PSYCHOPEDAGICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL AND CLINICAL PROSPECTIVE" provides that each course has a final examination in thirtieths. The passing of the 3 tests will result in a single grade consisting of the rounded average of the 3 grades obtained (rounded to the nearest whole number)

Final exam: an oral examination lasting about 15/20 minutes and including 3 questions. The assessment will follow the following criteria:

0 points: missing answer or completely incorrect answer (e.g. out of the question);
1-4 points: partially coherent but not sufficiently developed answer, or coexistence of correct and markedly incorrect elements;
5-8 points: answer partly correct but not exhaustive, or superficial, or lack of clear logical links between the concepts presented;
10 points: answer from basically to completely correct, exhaustive and well argued.
Bonus: if all the answers are given in a particularly clear, exhaustive manner and with an argument that shows full mastery of the argument, a bonus of 1 point is added to the total score of the task (in the case of tasks rated 30/30, the bonus allows you to achieve praise: Lode).

NB: Students with disabilities or specific learning disorders can contact the teacher and the Student Service with Disabilities and DSA of the University (http://www.studentidisabili.unibo.it/ ) to agree on suitable teaching and assessment methods.
