Learning outcomes

The course aims at giving students the opportunity to acquire the basics and foundations of private law applied to contracts, with special attention to business law.

Teaching methods

The illustration of the topics will be accompanied by the projection of graphic slides and summary tables in Power Point.


Assessment methods

The exam will take place exclusively in oral form.

The interview will focus on at least three of the topics indicated in the "Program and contents" section.

The evaluation of the test will be carried out taking into consideration:

- Knowledge of institutional profiles

- The ability to analyze the jurisprudential and doctrinal guidelines

- The ability to make connections between the different parts of the program

- The ability to develop critical arguments

- The articulation of the exposure

- Accuracy of exposure.

Classes are held on annual basis and, therefore, students which obtain the certificate of attendance in the current academic year can take the exam only from May onword.

Teaching tools

Students which need compensatory tools for reasons of disability or Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD) will communicate to the teacher their needs so as to be directed to the dedicated person and arrange on the adoption of the most appropriate measures.

Erasmus students can ask to the Professor adjustment of the program according their learning agreement.
