Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student has acquired skills for the use of software which support business management. In particular, applications are proposed for the use of ERP and business intelligence applications

Business Intelligence in MS Excel through functions, pivoting, vlookup, primary keys, calculated fields, power pivoting, DAX functions, dashboarding.

Business Intelligence in MS Access through queries and macros.

SQL and Power BI basics.
