Learning outcomes

The student will learn to recognize and manage common situations in emergency medicine related to metabolic and respiratory disorders. (knowledge and understanding) Will learn how to interpret clinical and laboratory data to appropriately manage the emergency. (applying knowledge and understanding) An exercise session will be carried out to read the blood gas analysis and a simulation on the mannequin to highlight the acquisition of the required skills and to evaluate the communication between the components of the rescue team in conditions of cardiac arrest. (making judgments and communication skills) The eligibility judgment will be expressed at the end of the course on the basis of the ability to correctly interpret the data provided and execute the rescue sequence on mannequin (learning skills)
