Learning outcomes

At the end of the course, the student knows the development of industrial relations, with particular reference to the historical evolution of union representation in Italy, the birth of trade unions and their internal functioning; It also includes the main characteristics of trade union trading techniques in the company and the prerogatives of corporate trade unions (RSA and RSU).

Lectures with slides, simulations

Assessment methods

The exam is oral.

Teaching tools

Lessons mostly of traditional typology, partly characterized by simulations with active student participation. Interventions by external experts are also planned, which will contribute to integrating learning with the presentation of company case histories
