Learning outcomes

The knowledge of medico-legal issues for the education of  lex operators. 

Course contents

Definition and medico-legal fields. Individual's damage. Causality. Imputability and forensic psycopathology. Crimes against life and against individual safe, sexual crimes. Abortion. Traumatology. Thanatology. Crime scene investigation. Forensic genetics and toxicology. Health reports and certificate. Social insurance. Professional confidentiality. Reports to the Courts. Informed consent. professional liability.

The same contents will be provided for Erasmus students.

Oral examination:

18-19 limited preparation and capacity of analysis 

20-24 limited preparation and autonomy in capacity of analysis

25-29 extended preparation, autonomy in the analysis of medico-legal issues

 30-30L full preparation, autonomy in the analysis of medico-legal issues, full knowledge of the terminology and capacity to discuss medico-legal aspects.

 

For erasmus students: Forensic thantology and traumatology, forensic genetics.
