Learning outcomes

Students are expected to gain full knowledge of Italian Commercial Law.

Course contents

The law of commercial enterprises - Italian partnership law - Italian corporate law. For a detailed syllabus please refer to the indexes of the course manuals; no chapter is excluded.

Teaching methods

The course runs over two semesters. The first semester will focus on enterprise and partnership law, the second semester on company law, including an 18-hour module on listed companies.

Students wishing to take this exam must have passed DIRITTO COSTITUZIONALE and DIRITTO PRIVATO.

Assessment methods

Lectures run for two semesters. Current students will be allowed to take the exam only after the end of the lectures.

The exam is oral and covers the entire syllabus. Students from previous academic years are allowed to choose between the current syllabus or the syllabus of the academic year during which they were first allowed to take the exam.

Dissertation
Students wishing to write a thesis in commercial law should consider requesting information as early as possible.
