Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, the student acquires the main clinical features of the most common pathologies of surgical treatment, recognizing them in the individual patient. He knows how to correlate certain symptoms with these diseases in the field of the family medicine, of which he knows the basics of the diagnostic process. He also knows the terminology of the main surgical interventions and simple notions of technique in order to understand the repercussions, especially functional, that the intervention can determine. Finally, it has rudiments of the effects of the most common operative acts as well as the foundations of the follow-up measures, especially in the field of neoplastic pathology.
