Assessment methods

The exam consists of an oral examination on both teaching modules, which can not be split up during separate check-ups, aimed at assessing the knowledge acquired by the student during the course. In particular, the student's achievement of an overall vision of the Italian working system and the ability to present the specific issues in a concise and complete way will be evaluated, with some points of critical analysis and through an adequate legal language.

The course of Labour Law is part of the Integrated Course in Labour And Social Security Law (curriculum Sociology and Social Research).

Each of the two Courses of which the Integrated Course is composed has its own program, its own cycle of lessons and its own exam test with an evaluation expressed in thirtieths.

The final mark of the Integrated Course is unique, is recorded by the teacher of Social security law and is the result of the average of the marks obtained in the two courses (rounded down for fractions of voting ranging between 0.1 and 0.4 and rounded up for fractions of vote between 0.5 and 0.9).

The grades for the single courses of the Integrated course are kept for two academic years.
