Learning outcomes
Assignments will focus on matlab-based simulation/design of: power spectrum estimators, linear and nonlinear transformation of stochastic vectors/processes, sigma-delta modulators, Markov chains, complex/chaotic discrete-time systems, PWM signal generators, compressive linear encoding and decoding.
Course contents
The student will be given a simple but significan processing task to implement either as a program or as a small electronic system matching some pre-discussed specifications.
