The student will learn on: malnutrition and catabolism, artificial nutrition, macronutrient requirements in artificial nutrition, access routes to the digestive system, access routes to the venous system, the formulas for enteral nutrition, Parenteral Nutrition admixtures, Monitoring and Complications of Artificial Nutrition, Benign Chronic Intestinal Failure; Nutrition Assessment Techniques, Metabolic Balance in Artificial Nutrition
