Learning outcomes

By the end of this course students will:

- acquire and develop the knowledge of performative, organizational, managerial and artistic-professional aspects related to musical disciplines, privileging the practical experience of choral singing;

- integrate the knowledge of voice performance with the historical, theoretical and critical knowledge.

Course contents

This seminar, in collaboration with also a Master in Choral Didactics, aims to guide students to the understanding of the execution of choral music through different ways of collective exercitation.

Required skills: no specific music knowledge is required for choral practice.

Registration methods: students may register during the first lecture; two-thirds of the scheduled lectures shall be attended.

The first lecture will be held on 14 november (from 3pm to 5pm) in Salone Marescotti of Dipartimento delle Arti.

Seminar activity does not give a grade but merely a “Idoneo”/“Pass”, expressed on the basis of participation in the activities envisaged.
