Learning outcomes

At the end of the lessons, the student will have  acquired the basic knowledge to understand the conditions of personal and relational discomfort.

Course contents

The psychological training of the healthcare operator; Fields of study and applications of clinical psychology.

Clinical interview and listening to the patient. Verbal and non-verbal communication; Managing relational dynamics with the patient.

The experience of pain: definition of pain, chronic non-oncological pain; Pain and ties with anxiety, depression, feelings of anger.

The trauma, the loss and the mourning work in the conditions of pain;

Fibromyalgia syndrome, articular hyperthyroidism syndrome. 

Essential information on psychological intervention.
