Learning outcomes
At the end of this course the student should knows the theories on leadership and the management theories in order to develop collaborative partnerships within the several health professions of the work environment.
Course contents
- Human behavior in the workplace: job performance, motivation theories, job statisfaction theories and psychosocial risk factors.
