Course contents

Comparison and differences between nuclear medicine and other radiological diagnostic methods. Acquisition scintigraphic: What is a scintigraphic acquisition, definition of radiopharmaceuticals and their tropism, half-life physical, biological. How is a scintigraphic acquisition, differences between the various modes Path of the patient in a nuclear medicine department and role of the radiographer in the above, such as building materials and furnishings have the best characteristics for use in these environments. Units used in the techniques of Nuclear Medicine. Main radionuclides: γ, α, β-, β + and how to manipulate them, storage and storage of radioactive materials and not, ready to use radiopharmaceuticals and extemporaneous preparations, methods of waste disposal in the warm room. Cell manipulation: example of manipulation of various cells with and without programmable dispenser of activities included in shielded syringe. Activities administered according LDR in the Decree No. 187/2000 Description of the leaflet, leaflet, a radiopharmaceutical, methods of preparation of radiotracers and their quality control according to the requirements of Good Preparation. Methodical execution of acquisitions scintigraphic: Pulmonary perfusion and ventilation, Bone and joint segmental polibasica, Thyroid, parathyroid, salivary glands, static Renal, Renal sequential Cystography voiding retrograde, Adrenal medullary and cortical Total body tracer receptor, with segmental or leucoiti antileucociti, diagnostic techniques with autologous cells marked, Spect Cerebral: perfusion with IBZMI123 - with DatScanI123 - HmpaoTc99m, Cardiac planar and tomographic method with and without gated,.
