Course contents
The course is designed to get
students acquainted with the main concepts in the sociology of
health. Starting from that have characterized Italian
families over the last century, as well as to develop critical
skills in analyzing how such changes are embedded within the
Italian welfare state system.
Teaching methods
Face-to-face lessons. During the course, students are strongly encouraged to debate the topics discussed.
Assessment methods
The exam is administered in exclusively written form. The only valid mark is the one achieved in the most recent attempt to pass the exam. A candidate who does not participate in an exam for which he/she has registered cannot participate in the following exam session.
