Learning outcomes

After completing this module, the student has the knowledge of Fundamentals of labor law and health legislation with particular regard to health and national labor contract legislation of the radiographer.

Course contents

- The sources of labor law in general (EU sources, national and collective agreement): interrelationship between law and collective bargaining, particularly the CCNL health.

- The qualification of employment: Self-employment, subordinate and coordinated.

- The labor reform and the Jobs Act.

- Exclusivity of employment in the public sector and discipline incompatibilities and inspections, the inspection service.

- The obligations of the employee: The civil servant code of conduct.

- The powers of the employer, in particular: The disciplinary power of the employer.

- The disciplinary procedure: the Disciplinary Code, the worker's absences, disciplinary dismissal, disciplinary sanctions, relapse ...

- Anti-corruption legislation (Law no. 190/2012)

- Privacy Policy: owner, manager and in charge of data processing.
