- The Summer School, which will last for weekly, will be taught in english. It awards 5 University educational credits (CFU) and has as its learning outcome to deliver both foundational knowledge and technical expertise to leverage innovative models in biomedical research and drug development.

- Admission qualifications
- All applicants must hold the following qualifications and meet the following admission requirements by the enrolment end date 18/05/2026:
- Bachelor and/or two-year Master degrees awarded pursuant to Ministerial Decree 270/04 (or first-cycle and/or second-cycle degrees awarded under the degree programme systems in force prior to Ministerial Decree DM 509/99) in the following disciplinary areas/degree programme classes:
L-02 Biotechnology, L-2 R – Genomics, L-29 Pharmaceutical Sciences and Technologies, L/SNT3 - Technical Health Professions, LM-6 Biology, LM-7 Agricultural Biotechnology, LM-8 Industrial Biotechnology, LM-9 Medical, Veterinary and Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, LM-13 Pharmacy and Industrial Pharmacy, LM-21 Biomedical Engineering, LM-41 Medicine and Surgery, LM-42 Veterinary Medicine, LM-53 Materials Science and Engineering, LM-71 Industrial Chemistry Sciences and Technologies
- Bachelor and/or two-year Master degrees awarded abroad in the above-said disciplinary areas and valid for admission to the Programme;
- Based on a positive evaluation by the Selection Committee, candidates holding other degrees in scientific fields may also be admitted to the selection process, provided they have relevant and documented professional experience or additional documented training in the subjects covered by the school;
- Candidates must have obtained their degree within the last 6 years (periods of maternity/paternity leave are not counted) or, alternatively, be enrolled in a PhD program;
- Linguistic skills
- Knowledge of the English language.
