Learning outcomes
At the end of the module the student possesses the knowledge relating to specific assistance and organizational approaches within the network of territorial services, with particular reference to new health needs, intermediate care and integration with the social area.
Course contents
Prerequisites: Territorial care network, health/community homes, intermediate care, community generative welfare, transitional care, home care, long-term care and integration.
The family and community nurse: role, legislation, core competencies, training, state of the art and perspectives.
Reorganization of territorial care: DM 71/2020 “Modelli e standard per lo sviluppo dell’assistenza territoriale nel Servizio Sanitario Nazionale”; DM 77/2022 “Regolamento recante la definizione di modelli e standard per lo sviluppo dell’assistenza territoriale nel Servizio Sanitario Nazionale”.
