Learning outcomes
The goal of this course is to provide students with a relevant knowledge of frameworks and tools for understanding and improving business performance. Specifically, the students will learn how to:
-Translate strategy into concrete objectives in the mid and short term
- Derive a number grid from strategy developing a target system
- Understand value drivers and KPIsin the House of Performance logic
- apply concept of flexible target setting to real world
- OKR and Strategy Mapping for agile strategy implementation
- Dynamic Business Simulation for anticipating risk and opportunities
