Guidance, Internships and International Relations Office
The offices guarantee telephone answers on the following days and times: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 9.00 to 12.30; Tuesday and Thursday from 2.00pm to 3.30pm.
The front desk receives on Wednesdays from 9 to 12 only by appointment and only for urgent matters that cannot be resolved with other tools.

Badge print
The machine for printing university badges on the ground floor of the palace in via Baccarini 27 will be accessible only by appointment on Tuesdays and Thursdays 9.00-12.00.

How to access and exit the Ravenna Campus office spaces (via Baccarini 27)
- The points of access and exit from the structure are indicated by signage
- A hydroalcoholic gel dispenser is located at both the entrance and exit
- At the exit door there is a collector for the collection of all potentially contaminated materials to be sent for disposal (gloves, masks, wipes, etc.)
- The users must wear the mask and sanitize their hands when accessing the offices
- In waiting areas, the interpersonal distance of at least 1 meter must be respected
In case of inappropriate behaviour that does not respect the information provided, we will ask for greater respect and if this invitation proves in vain, we Will ask to leave the university premises.
If the situation is not under control, the intervention of the public force will be requested.
