Call for applications and ranking lists for student collaboration activities - 150 hours

Information on how to apply to perform 150 hours of student collaboration at the University structures and ranking lists.

Every year the University offers students meeting specific income and merit requirements the opportunity to collaborate in various structures. The maximum duration of the collaboration is 150 hours.

Call for applications

To obtain a 150 hour collaboration, you must follow the calls for tender applications process. Students selected for collaborations will receive a study grant that will be awarded in a single instalment at the end of the collaboration. The amount granted is based on the number of hours of collaboration served, at €8.50 per hour. The University provides injury insurance.

Ranking List

Final rankings have been published on Studenti Online regarding the call for applications for the a.y. 2023/24. Each candidate can see their ranking by accessing the details of their application.

Please note: each ranking list shows all those who applied in order of ranking position for eligible students (column ELIGIBLE = YES), followed by non-eligible students (column NON-ELIGIBLE = NO).

The reasons for the exclusion are stated for each non-eligible candidate as follows:

  • No enrolment for the a.y. 2023/2024 or enrolment in a course year other than the one scheduled in the call for applications;
  • Merit criteria not met as the minimum number of ECTS does not appear to be acquired and recorded for the No Tax Area (acquisition of at least 10 ECTS for students enrolled in the second year – acquisition of at least 25 ECTS for students enrolled in subsequent years between 10 August 2022 and 10 August 2023);
  • Failure to submit the ISEE (Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator) by the deadline set in the call for applications (30/11/2023); or in case of ISEE and/or ISPE (Equivalent Assets Situation Indicator) exceeding the limits required in the call for applications.

Rankings are based on the order of ECTS acquired and recorded between 10 August, 2022 and 10 August, 2023. Should more students share the same number of ECTS, the lowest ISEE value will take priority first, followed by the youngest age.

Start of collaboration

  • Students on the ranking lists will be called on to undertake the collaboration by means of an email sent to their university email address (name.surname@studio.unibo.it)
  • The emails will be sent by the offices expressly indicated in the calls for applications (art. 9) and will contain specific information on the terms for replying and the activities to be carried out.

Online courses on health and safety in University structures

Before starting their activities, students accepted as collaborators must have taken the following e-learning training courses on the promotion of health and safety in places of learning and research, as required by Decree 81/2008: Module 1 (general training) and Module 2 (specific training).

After completing Module 1 and Module 2, there will be an assessment test. Should you fail the test, you will have to wait 7 days before you can access the safety course again.

Before starting the collaboration, students must provide the structure with their safety courses’ certificate of participation.
