Winter school "The EU at a Glance"

Founded in 1425, KU Leuven is considered to be one of the most prestigious research universities in Europe. It is in 45th place in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings and in 70th place in the QS World University Rankings.

The winter school will be organised between 17 January until 28 January 2022. This course will be delivered online only. The winter school is organized by the Faculty of Arts and Economics & Business of the KU Leuven.


During this 14-day course jointly offered by the Faculties of Arts and Economics & Business, you combine two majors, chosen from a list of three: Doing Business with Europe(ans); Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Europe and Cultural Interactions within Europe. The course includes virtual visits to the European Parliament and the Groeningemuseum.

Target group

The course targets graduate students in e.g. Arts and Economics & Business. Undergraduate students in their final year are also welcome to apply. Students with Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees from other disciplines should have had some exposure to at least one of the fields under study.
