Students expecting to graduate by the last session of a.y. 2022/23 do not have to pay the enrolment fee for academic year 2023/24. Check on your degree programme website when the last session of a.y. 2022/23 is scheduled.
If you do pay the enrolment fee, but graduate by the last session of a.y. 2022/23, the enrolment in the new academic year will be cancelled.
If you have paid only the first instalment amounting to €157.04, you will have to contact directly the Regional Authority for the Right to Higher Education (ER.GO) to request a regional tax refund (amounting to €140). The stamp duty (€16) and the insurance fee (€1.04) can not be refunded.
If you have paid the single instalment or subsequent instalments, you must contact directly the Regional Agency for the Right to Higher Education (ER.GO) to request a regional tax refund (amounting to €140) and you must apply to your student administration office to request a refund of the instalments or of the single instalment (please add your IBAN to your Studenti Online profile). The stamp duty (€16) and the insurance fee (€1.04) can not be refunded.
If, for any reason, you are unable to graduate by the last session of academic year 2022/23, you will have to pay the annual tuition fee for a.y. 2023/24, plus the additional fee for late payment (for further information please see the Tuition fees webpage), unless you are entitled to the partial exemption for "fuori corso" students who only need to sit their final examination.
Remember that in this case reduced tuition fees calculated progressively according to the student’s ISEE will only be applied if the ISEE 2023 certificate for benefits relating to the right to University education has been submitted by 6:00 pm on 15 November 2023. Otherwise, the maximum annual fees will be applied for the degree programme in which you are enrolled.
