Conoscenze e abilità da conseguire
Al termine del corso lo studente - conosce in modo approfondito i meccanismi di regolazione di origine pubblicistica che caratterizzano attualmente la cooperazione internazionale (con particolare riferimento agli accordi commerciali bilaterali e regionali) e l’impatto della corrispondente disciplina nazionale sulle attività economiche e commerciali aventi rilievo transfrontaliero; - è in grado di valutare l’efficacia dei meccanismi di cooperazione regolamentare operanti tra Stati (e tra Stati ed Organizzazioni internazionali) e di analizzare l’influenza di questi ultimi e dei meccanismi di origine nazionale sull’attività degli operatori commerciali.

The aim of any exam is to ascertain the knowledge and abilities of students to deal with the issues of the course.
