Conoscenze e abilità da conseguire

Durante il corso sarà analizzato il ruolo della moda come fenomeno culturale e la mostra di moda come luogo privilegiato in cui si esprimono e sperimentano nuove forme di storicizzazione e visualizzazione del contemporaneo. La messa in scena e la rappresentazione saranno analizzate in diversi ambiti tra loro correlati: dal museo, all’università, dall’accademia agli spazi commerciali dell'industria del tessile e della moda.

MONDAY 9AM-12PM - THU 4-7PM VIA TEAMS.

History of Fashion Curation; Analysis of major fashion exhibitions; New models of representing fashion (store, digital, museum, catwalk).

WORKSHOP FOR ATTENDING STUDENTS + SPECIAL LECTURES BY INTERNATIONAL CURATORS SUCH AS ERICA DE GREEF AND POOKY LEE WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE UNDERSTANDING OF THE LATEST TRENDS IN INTERNATIONAL FASHION CURATION.
