The trade union relations system, respecting the roles and responsibilities of both the administration and the trade unions, is organised consistently with the aim to reconcile the interests of the staff in the improvement of working conditions and professional growth with the need to improve and maintain the high quality, effectiveness and efficiency of the institutional activities and services.
Trade union relations for management staff
This section includes the collective employment agreements of Area VII, University Management, and the supplementary contracts signed at University level. It also contains information on the composition of the public and trade union delegations.

Strikes - Legal guarantees
Italian law no. 146 of 12 June 1990, amended by Law no. 83/ 2000 set a number of minimum requirements for strikes held in essential public services.
