Charter of PhD Services

The Charter of Services represents an undertaking by the PhD Sector to improve and clarify the services it offers.

The Charter stems from the “basic principles” contained in the Prime Minister’s Directive 27.1.1994 by which features and quality standards of the PhD Sector are defined and guaranteed. The Charter is designed for all service users:

  • applicant PhD graduates, PhD graduates, Italian and foreign researchers;
  • programme coordinators, the college of teaching staff, supervisors, department directors, administrative staff, heads of administration and management in the departments, other areas of general University administration, academic bodies;
  • public and private national and international institutions, partners in research PhD programmes.

As part of quality control on the service, users may offer comments and suggestions or lodge complaints, using the online form. Barring peak moments of business and limited to complaints, the policy is to reply within ten working daysFor access to the online form
