Learning outcomes

At the end of the course students are able to understand, analyse and apply sources of the law and civil law in specific by studying meaning and function of norms, facts, deals, property and ownership, contracts and commercils.Students are exposed to a comparison between Italian law and European law.

Second Half test: written exam consisting in 1 question on Contract Law  and in the solution of a case

Full test: 3  questions + solution of a case
