Course contents
The program consists of in training the students to manage the relationship with their users person and to improve the ability to observe the mimic facial expression, the behaviour , th movments conneccted to character and the specific personality.
The role-playing and the reverse-playing, the double and the comments, will be useful to understand some psychological mechanismsTheoretica explanation will accompany all th lab teaching.

Teaching methods
The course will be supported by theoretical explanations since the period of the history when Role-playing and Reverse-playing were born
Teaching tools
Consider that the Role-playing, reverse-playing, double suggestion and discussion of the cases presented are the tools to overole the relationship with the users
Free Associatins and theoretica lecture are of use always during the course lab
It's necessary because of that the chairs are set in a circle, so that it is required tu search in class moveble chairs
