Teaching methods

A method of delivering the course in presence will be adopted. Any remote modalities will be activated only and exclusively in the cases and according to the modalities provided by the indications defined at the University governance level.

Classroom activities will be carried out focusing on active teaching methods (interactive lessons, case studies, teamwork) with a continuous enhancement of the participants' direct experiences and interactions between students.

Assessment methods

During the course, there will be formative assessment activities consisting mainly of feedback relating to the activities carried out in the classroom aimed at self-regulation and hetero-regulation by peers and the teacher.

The final evaluation will be carried out through a written test (lasting two hours and a half), structured with open-ended questions.

Students, to pass the written test, are required: 1) the ability to understand the knowledge (declarative, procedural and situational) present in the materials in the text included in the bibliography; 2) the ability to apply them in simulated situations, to grasp their interconnections, to identify conditions and consequences.

The exam will be considered passed if all the following conditions are met: 1) all questions have been answered; 2) the evaluation of all responses reached the minimum threshold of 18/30.

Each answer will be assessed based on the following criteria:
1) relevance of the contents to the topic presented in the question;
2) correctness of the information about the material indicated for exam preparation;
3) exhaustive information concerning the material indicated for exam preparation;
4) integration - where possible - of information learned in other courses;
5) personal reworking of the content on the material indicated for exam preparation.
