Learning outcomes

This course aims to provide students with an advanced understanding of some themes of modern economic theory of organisations. Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: analyse the relevance of theory of contracts for economic organisations; discuss the link between human resource management and economic strategy; understand the strategic development of organisational structures of firms.
