Learning outcomes

This course will focus on the most important neurologic and psychiatric pathologies of childhood and adolescence. In particular, students will strengthen their understanding and knowledge of epidemiology, classifications, clinical pictures, diagnosis, and treatments.

Course contents

Psychomotor development, cerebral palsy, neuromuscular diseases, intellectual disability, epilepsy, autism spectrum disorders, feeding and eating disorders.

Lecture notes. The teaching material presented during the lessons will be made available to the students on Platform Virtual Learning Environment.

Teaching methods

Lectures with Q&A sessions, for a total of 8 contact hours.

Assessment methods
