Learning outcomes

The purpose of the course il ti provide for adeepr knowledge of bankruptcy procedures, in olrder to train future chartered accountants in theri different roles of business consultant , corporate restructuring and trustee in bankrutcy.

At the end of the course, the student shall be able to: choose the best procedure to apply to a company in financial difficulties - identify problems and find the most prope solutions as an internal apart of a company - advise companies on issues arising from insolvency procedures, not only as bankrupt, but also as creditors - operate in the courts, as trustee in bankruptcy or as an Advisor in olther bankruptcy proceedings for insolvent companies
