Course contents

I - II Semester
All the program of the first year
Dosimetry: quality checks on the beam, accessories and radiological equipment of conventional radiology.
· Knowledge of the characteristics of the equipment TC:
· Provision of diagnostic (topography of the environment; automatic emergency; DPI)
· Diagnostic Protocols regular and / or with contrast medium
· Information and patient preparation with evaluation of the application and related forms in collaboration with the Radiologist
· Collaboration with the Nurse for the preparation of injection of contrast medium and with Radiologist for the acquisition of the examination in the various techniques and methods according to the clinical question
· The conduct of any with multiplanar reconstructions or MIP or Volume rendering
· Discharge of the patient
CT in patients with multiple trauma: management of pcs in emergency regime collaborating with the whole team present
Investigations of CT Angiography and interventional: in addition to the previous steps this type of examination requires close collaboration with the radiologist as well for positioning as for this examination and therefore requires the student to achieve maximum performance of integration and collaboration .
Investigations angiographic diagnostic and interventional hemodynamics:
Right use of filters, centering, projections
Personal dosimetry, the patient and the other operators dosimetry
Management, post-processing and image archiving
Hard and good working in teamwork
